The Ohio State football team loves beating Michigan. Even though the Buckeyes lost the last two games of last season, they finally were able to take down TTUN. In that game, they won 27-9 and the game was never close once the first quarter ended.
Jeremiah Smith came back for that game after being injured in the previous couple of games. He scored a touchdown in that game and really was the catalyst for the Ohio State Buckeyes winning the game. He made sure to give the crowd a one-fingered salute from each hand, as well.
Smith hates TTUN, just like every other Ohio State player. He is also making the most NIL money of anyone on the roster. He recently combined both his hate for Michigan and receiving NIL money in a hilarious new commercial, which was the perfect use of NIL.
Ohio State receiver Jeremiah Smith in a hilarious new commercial dissing TTUN
In an ad for Battle Sports, Smith is seen cutting the tie of someone wearing a maize and blue tie, as well as flipping him the bird, just as he did in The Game. Take a look at the full commercial below.

This is the perfect use of NIL. It's something funny that is being used to promote a product, and Smith is playing his character perfectly. He is the best player in college football, so any brand would love to have him attached to them. Smith is one of the best receivers to ever come to the school.
The Buckeyes love having Smith on their team, and they love having him be able to make big plays against TTUN. They are hoping for more of the same this year, and Smith has promised to be a beast. This commercial will certainly have people looking up more about this company and buying their products.
