Who's it going to be for one of the top 2026 prospects out there? That's what Ohio State football fans are asking themselves, as 5-star offensive tackle Felix Ojo has been a top target for the staff for quite some time. People are dreaming of him picking the Buckeyes.

In some great news for the staff, Ojo revealed this week that there are two schools that are standing out the most to him right now. That'd be Texas and Ohio State. So, we've got Ryan Day and Steve Sarkisian going head-to-head for an elite talent? That's exactly what we have and there's loads of intrigue for this battle:

5-star OT Felix Ojo is down to Ohio State football and Texas

Ojo has seen his recruitment explode this cycle and he has countless people dreaming of him playing for their favorite team at the next level. He holds 50 offers to his name (50!) and has taken several official visits in recent weeks.

This included a trip to Columbus on May 30 to meet with Day and his staff. The Buckeyes did everything they could to leave a lasting impression on the 6-6, 275-pounder - that goal proved to be quite successful for the staff.

However, he also took a visit to meet with Sark and the Longhorns on June 13, and that experience in Austin wowed him. Those two visits are a big reason why the elite prospect is seriously considering playing for either the Buckeyes or Texas in 2026.

Ojo indeed is one of the top playmakers out there for his class, as he's ranked five stars, the No. 1 OT in the country and No. 5 prospect overall by 247Sports. With him getting ready to make his decision in the next few weeks, a lot of UT and OSU supporters are going to be sitting on pins and needles waiting for him to make a decision. With these two teams facing off in Week 1 too, someone is going to land an early jab on their opponent. Day and Ohio State must do everything possible to get this kid's pledge.
