#2 K.J. Hill

The final receiver and the rookie Buckeye I believe has the second most fantasy football value this season is K.J. Hill.

Hill was drafted in the seventh round by the Los Angeles Chargers and is the first player we have covered who is almost guaranteed to be a starter for game one of the season.

He is in a very good spot being a young receiver on the Chargers. They are a rebuilding team that is teetering between being a playoff contender and a rebuilding team. Their defense features fellow former Buckeye Joey Bosa and at times can be one of the best defenses in the NFL.

Also, Keenan Allen will be the number one receiver for the Chargers this season, if healthy. This means defenses will be zeroed in on him leaving weaker members of the secondary to attempt to defend Hill.

With Allen on the team, he can also be a mentor for Hill. This would be the perfect situation for him if one of the best in the game were to take him under his wing.

The quarterback position for the Chargers can go either way when trying to predict how Hill’s season could go. On one hand, they could have an immediate connection and Hill could find himself being the go-to receiver for Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers.
