#1 J.K. Dobbins

The final rookie Buckeye and the player that I believe will have the best season in terms of fantasy football is J.K. Dobbins. He was drafted in the second round to the Baltimore Ravens.

There are both positives and negatives with the destination as to where he was drafted.

The positive is that the Ravens are one of the most run-heavy offenses in the entire league and he should have a heavy amount of carries, especially for a rookie. The downside of being drafted to the Ravens is the number of players he is going to have to share the ball with in the run game.

To begin, the quarterback Lamar Jackson is one of the most run-heavy quarterbacks that we have seen since Cam Newton or Michael Vick.

Also, it is likely that he will be the second string running back behind Mark Ingram on a team that possibly has the most depth at running back. It is possible that even third or fourth-string running backs on the Ravens will be seeing a fair amount of carries throughout the season.

So while the Ravens are a good fit for Dobbins in terms of the offense they run, they are already loaded at the running back position. Meaning that he just like every other rookie Buckeye we have covered will have to impress the coaching staff to get the number of touches and playing time he deserves.

However, in early rankings, Dobbins is one of the names in contention to be Rookie of the Year, and by the end of the season could easily be the starting running back for the Baltimore Ravens.

If this is how the season carries out, it will make Dobbins one of the most sought after players in the league.
