While the Ohio State football team blew out Maryland, week 11 gave us some of the best college football games of the season including two top-four upsets.

Ohio State, LSU, Clemson and Minnesota all notched big wins, moving them into better positions toward clinching a College Football Playoff spot.

The initial CFP rankings had Ohio State at No. 1, but the top spot is already in question as LSU handled Alabama. The positioning of the Tide in this week’s poll is also crucial for their chances as sneaking in late as a non-conference champion.

Here’s what I think the playoff picture will look like Tuesday night at 7 p.m. when we see the second edition of the CFP rankings.

6. Oregon Ducks

Oregon had the week off and will benefit by moving up a spot to No. 6. The Ducks have looked pretty good all season with one of the best quarterbacks and offensive lines in the country.

That combination is every coach’s dream and are the key ingredients for winning football games and being relevant in November and beyond.

Oregon’s only loss is to Auburn who completed the comeback and first took the lead with less than thirty seconds to go in the season opener. Aside from a scare against Washington and the loss, Oregon has rolled.

In their last game, they rolled USC in the Colosseum and welcomed themselves to the CFP party.
