Georgia vs. Florida:

I was pretty high on the Florida Gators before the season and they gave lived up to expectations. I was taking a wait and see attitude toward the Georgia Bulldogs and still am.

The Gator defense has been strong all season but will have to contain a strong Bulldog rushing attack. If they can, I’m not sold on Jake Fromm beating them through the air.

In a rivalry game like this, I have to go with the more consistent team. Florida wins 27-21.

Oregon at USC:

Defense tends to travel well and that has been Oregon’s strong suit this season, which I’m still trying to wrap my head around. USC is much improved and will almost certainly be the most athletic team on the field.

If this were at a neutral site I would take the Ducks. Since it’s in the Coliseum I have to go with the Trojans. USC wins 30-24.

Utah at Washington:

I keep going back and forth on this one. I really like the Utah football program and greatly admire Washington head coach Chris Peterson.

Since I struggle trying to figure which team is better, I have to go with the one playing at home that is also well coached. Washington wins 27-20.
