Ohio State Football: Big Ten Week 5 predictions
Iowa (-23.5) vs. Middle Tennessee State
The Hawkeyes have momentum coming off their huge win over rival Iowa State two weeks ago.
The Blue Raiders are typically a scrappy team, but their defense is not very good this season allowing 35.7 points-per-game.

That’s great news for Nate Stanley. He should carve up their secondary all afternoon.
Iowa’s defense won’t be able to overlook the Blue Raider’s offense. Ashley O’Hara can sling it. He’ll test the Hawkeyes’ secondary.
The only concern I have is whether or not Iowa is looking ahead to Michigan next week.
I don’t think that will happen. Kirk Ferentz has this team dialed in right now and they earn the decisive victory.
Iowa 42-17.
Michigan (-27.5) vs. Rutgers
Did the Wolverines find an offense that Las Vegas suddenly knows about and we don’t?
No. They just have the cellar dwellers in town to boost their chances at finding the end zone more frequently.
Rutgers sucks. Michigan is better. Game won’t be close.
Wolverines 34-9.
There you have it, my Big Ten Week 5 predictions. Things will be interesting from here on out as conference play is beginning to heat up.
