More from Scarlet and Game

Drue Chrisman was a bright spot for an abysmal Buckeyes special teams unit this season. He had a punt average of nearly 43 yards and had some serious boomers, including a 62 yard punt.

In addition to this, 17 of his 27 punts on the season ended up inside the opponents 20 yard line. Presumably Chrisman will build upon this and become one of the best punters in the nation.

Urban Meyer:

Despite what Dabo Swinney seems to believe, Urban Meyer is still the Buckeyes head coach and we should expect him to remain at the helm for quite some time. I’m not going to say a lot about this issue, but he will be back for 2018, and that is something that Buckeyes fans can look forward to next season.

We all love Ohio State football and no matter what happens with players leaving and changes throughout the program. It’s really tough to go over 8 months without watching a Buckeye game, but it will be well worth it when next season rolls around.
