If Clemson loses in their conference championship game they are out. And one more loss by Stanford and they are out also. If Notre Dame can win the remainder of their games they would probably be a frontrunner for a spot.

The Big Ten could have an undefeated champion, and two one loss teams with compelling arguments. Our only loss was to the number 1 ranked defending National Champions or, we are the defending champions. And don’t forget the loser of Baylor and TCU.
