With Spring ball still a month away, the Ohio State football program is doing some work on the recruiting trail. They have mostly taken priority with the 2027 recruiting class. As of now, the Buckeyes have the third-best recruiting class for 2027.
While most of their focus is on the 2027 class, they aren't ignoring the 2028 class. They are still making sure that they are paying attention to both classes as they look to acquire future talent. Several recruits are already scheduled to take visits with the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Another recruit has announced that he will be visiting Columbus during the Spring. An in-state recruit has announced that he will be visiting in just over a month to check out what Ohio State is doing in spring practice, as a 2028 wide receiver will be making a visit.
Ohio State football will host wide receiver Chaz Rosiles
2028 receiver Chaz Rosiles announced on social media that he will be visiting Ohio State on March 26. He stands at 6'2 and 175 pounds and is from Beachwood, Ohio. He knows that Ohio State has a great history of developing receivers over the last few years.
Even without Brian Hartline recruiting the receivers, the Buckeyes feel confident about their ability to recruit and develop the best players at that position. Cortez Hankton is the new wide receivers coach, and he is hoping to start off his tenure with them on a strong note.
Rosiles is currently unranked in the 2028 class, but that is because the rankings haven't really come out for those prospects yet. The 2028 class is still too far away to rank all of the prospects from that class, as they haven't even done a full breakdown of the 2027 recruits yet.
Still, if Ohio State wants to host him for a visit, it must believe he has the talent to be pretty good.
