With a couple of months before the NFL Draft, multiple Ohio State football players ended up competing in the NFL Combine. Everyone from Arvell Reeese, who is projected to be a top-three pick, to Max Klare was doing drills at the Combine. Everyone involved was trying to improve their draft stock.

Sonnny Styles probably improved his stock more than any other player with his performance. He essentially locked up being a top-10 pick based on his measurables and his freakish accomplishments in the many drills he went through.

Styles' older brother Lorenzo also had an impressive performance. His 40-yard dash time was the fastest any Buckeye has ever had at the Combine. He is slated to be a late-round pick, but his speed makes it all but certain he will be drafted. He and Sonny actually set a very niche Combine record.

Ohio State Buckeyes Sonny and Lorenzo Styles set a cool family record

With how fast both brothers ran in the 40-yard dash, they became the first set of brothers to run the fastest time in the 40 at their positions since 2003. That's an impressive performance from a set of brothers who were critical pieces of the defense for the Buckeyes last season.

Ohio State will certainly miss both of them next season on defense. Matt Patricia will have to find a way to keep the defensive intensity high after losing four potential first-round picks. Styles was a solid nickelback, too, so it's not like he won't be missed.

Sonny was an athletic freak during his time with the Ohio State Buckeyes. Very few players are able to play two different positions at a high level, and that's what he did. He was a fantastic safety before transitioning to linebacker, where he really showed his potential.

Both Styles brothers will likely have long NFL careers.
