Ohio State football fans have been waiting since January to see the Buckeyes play again. The last time this team was on the field, confetti was falling from the sky, celebrating a national championship victory. This year, the team will be defending that national championship.

The Spring Game was played on Saturday, and it was a perfect day for football. There were three players for the Ohio State Buckeyes who did the most with their snaps, and it was good to see all of these players perform. We'll start with the quarterback who played the best in the game.

1. Julian Sayin

Julian Sayin was by far the best quarterback that the Buckeyes had during this game. In the first half alone, he finished 14/20 for 165 yards and a touchdown. He led the team down the field for multiple scores and truly looked the part. This was a much better performance for him than in the last two scrimmages.

If the season started tomorrow, Sayin would win the starting quarterback job. He was in command of the offense and looked like someone who was confident in his skills. Even after Lincoln Kienholz got the first crack at playing with the first-team, that didn't phase him.

2. Mylan Graham

One receiver who has a lot of expectations surrounding him this year is Mylan Graham. Graham was a five-star recruit in last year's class, but he hardly played. He didn't get to the team until the summer, so that set him back a bit. He watched a lot during the year and has come back with a lot of confidence.

Graham was very good in this game. He had several moments in which he shook Aaron Scott to get open, including during an impressive touchdown grab that saw him break a tackle from Malik Hartford. He looks like someone who will be a factor this Fall.

3. Bo Jackson

Perhaps the most impressive freshman in the game was running back Bo Jackson. Jackson ran hard every time he got the ball and hit the hole with authority. He was able to score a touchdown in this game thanks to his impressive work on the ground.

Jackson is fighting for some backup running back minutes. There's a chance that he ends up being the third-string back this year, behind James Peoples and C.J. Donaldson. He clearly has a bright future with the Buckeyes, though.
