The Ohio State basketball team has been without their starting center for a while. Aaron Bradshaw, who transferred in from Kentucky, has been away from the team for a few weeks now. He has been away from the team as the Buckeyes investigated a domestic situation with him.

Bradshaw has only played two games with the Ohio State Buckeyes so far this season. He is a former five-star recruit who left Kentucky after just a year. Head coach Jake Diebler mentioned on his radio show on Monday that Bradshaw is back practicing with the team.

Having Bradshaw back should really help the Buckeyes moving forward. Ohio State's defense has been much worse without him in the lineup. They don't have any rim protection at all, which is a problem. They can't keep letting teams get open shots at the rim.

Aaron Bradshaw has returned to the Ohio State basketball team

While Diebler mentioned that Bradshaw is back practicing with the team, his status is still TBD. We don't know if he will be available when the Buckeyes take on second-ranked Auburn this weekend. Having him on the court for that game would be huge for this team.

We don't know what the investigation into him entails. We don't even know what the results of that investigation are. I would assume that he must not be in any serious legal trouble if he is back with the team. It would be a major problem if he was back and there was some legal stuff about to happen.

Whenever Bradshaw does return to the team, he will be an asset. Ohio State needs a rim-runner who can protect the rim to go along with how fast the offense plays. This team likes to run and gun. Shooting Welland having guys who can move is extremely important to this team's makeup.
