The Ohio State football team played their first road game of the season in East Lansing. While it wasn't perfect, they were still able to blow out Michigan State 38-7. It was a fun game to watch from an offensive standpoint because Ohio State was hardly stopped.

Ohio State's offense proved that they are one of the best in the country. Having an offense like that gives them the opportunity to beat anyone. Consequently, two of the three big winners from the game are on the offensive side for the Buckeyes, starting with a senior running back.

1. TreVeyon Henderson

TreVeyon Henderson returned to the Ohio State football program to win a national championship. He also wanted to have a healthy season. He hasn't been healthy for most of his career. Against Michigan State, he was instrumental to the success of the offense.

Henderson had seven carries for 69 yards, including a long 37-yard burst. His rushing wasn't the best part of his game. His pass protection was unbelievable. He helped keep the quarterback clean on two touchdowns when blitzers came firing in. That's part of what makes him so valuable.

2. Jeremiah Smith

I'm not sure there's a more talented freshman in Ohio State football history than Jeremiah Smith. The kid is an absolute freak. He scored two touchdowns in this game, giving him a total of six on the season. Smith has scored a touchdown in every game this season.

Smith had five catches for 83 yards and a touchdown receiving-wise. He also had a carry for 19 yards and a score on a reverse. The stats don't do this game justice. He had two sick catches in the first half that had everyone talking on social media. He's a ridiculous player.

3. Caleb Downs

The defense was very hit-or-miss in this game, despite the score. They had two turnovers bail them out in the first half when Michigan State was deep in Ohio State territory. That masked some of the poor play that this unit had at times. Still, Caleb Downs was a bright spot.

Downs had several great tackles in space in this game. He finished with six total tackles, with three of them being solo tackles. He was the one player who looked like he knew how to slow down the Spartans.

If these guys keep having games like this, the Buckeyes are going to win a lot of games this season.
