One Bobcat player who will give the Ohio State football team fits

Ohio State is a big favorite to beat the Bobcats on Saturday, but one player can still give them some problems.

The Ohio State football team has started this season 2-0 so far after taking down both Texas and Grambling State. They are the top-ranked team in the country and look every bit like the national championship contender that they were a year ago. Now, they take on Ohio.

While the Bobcats don't have much to lose, they aren't given much of a chance to win this game. Vegas has the Buckeyes as 30.5-point favorites. Ohio State covered the 55.5-point spread they were favored by last weekend against Grambling State, so they feel good about their chances to do the same this week.

Grambling State was completely overwhelmed by a massive talent gap. Ohio has at least one player who can give the Ohio State Buckeyes some fits throughout the game. Bobcat quarterback Parker Navarro can certainly annoy the Buckeyes with his ability to run the ball.

Why Parker Navarro can give the Ohio State football team some problems

Navarro's arm isn't going to be much of an issue for the Buckeyes because of his turnover problems. He's already thrown three interceptions in two games, although all of them were against West Virginia in Week 1. His legs are what the Buckeyes should really be concerned with.

Navarro has rushed for 87 yards and 93 yards in each of the first two games this season. Ohio State hasn't faced that mobile of a quarterback yet. Not even Arch Manning is as quick as Navarro is, and he's not afraid to tuck the ball and run it if nothing is there.

The Buckeyes will likely have to keep a spy on Navarro to keep him from tearing up the defense on the ground. Sonny Styles or Arvell Reese could be tasked with making sure he can't leak out of the pocket and gain unscripted yards, which is the main concern Ohio State has.

Regardless of how many yards he's able to pick up with his legs, Ohio will not be able to stop Ohio State's offense. The Buckeyes might be able to name their number against the Bobcats. Navarro will also likely make a couple of mistakes, which should cut some of their drives short.

Ohio State respects the opponent they will be facing on Saturday, even if a lot of fans do not. There's still no reason that Ohio State shouldn't walk out of the Shoe on Saturday night with a big win.
