The Ohio State football team has lost four straight to TTUN. It's a streak that no one in Columbus is proud of, especially because they arguably have had the better talent in each of the four games. Michigan might have been more talented in 2023, but they cheated that year.

Sherrone Moore is coasting off the win that the Wolverines were able to get against the Ohio State Buckeyes a year ago. Despite the fact that TTUN lost five games last season, Moore has some favor with the fanbase because of that one win. It's doing some heavy lifting.

If Ohio State is able to beat TTUN, there is a good chance that a lot of Michigan fans won't be happy with the work that Moore has done thus far. A loss on Saturday would erode confidence in Moore to the point that he could be on the hot seat heading into next season.

The Ohio State football team could crush Sherrone Moore's confidence

If the Buckeyes can crush TTUN with some great defense, as they have with every other game that they have played so far, Moore might not have much of an issue. The Buckeyes are going to have a lot of confidence heading into this game.

Moore has not had to face the wrath of this Ryan Day. This Ryan Day has changed since they lost this game last season. Since that game, the Buckeyes have run roughshod over every opponent that they have played. Winning the national championship last season has given Day a new kind of confidence.

Ohio State fans would love nothing more than to be able to destroy Michigan and let them go home sad with what Moore has done. It would be the perfect finish to a calendar year that has gone picture perfect since the loss a year ago.
