The Ohio State football program took part in the final game of the 2024 season, emerging victorious over Notre Dame in the national championship game. The Buckeyes will now get to take part in the best season-opening game in program history, and possibly, college football history.

Texas is looking for revenge after getting beaten in the Cotton Bowl by the Ohio State Buckeyes. Ohio State won 28-14, but now they get to take on the Longhorns at home. It will be the number-one team in the country taking on the number-three team in the country.
