Already this season, the Ohio State football team has had games at three different time slots. Their first game against Texas was at noon, much to the chagrin of fans. The Grambling State game was at 3:30 pm ET, and their game against Ohio was at 7:30 pm ET.

This weekend's game at Washington was already announced to be a 3:30 pm ET game on CBS, and that was expected. It likely wasn't going to be a night game with Oregon and Penn State facing off against each other this week. Fans are still hoping that when the Buckeyes take on the Nittany Lions, it will be a night game.

Unfortunately, fans won't be happy with Ohio State's newest kickoff time announcement because it likely means that the Nittany Lions will not be in town for a night game. Next week's game against Minnesota has been announced as a home night game.

The Ohio State football team will take on Minnesota at 7:30 pm on October 4th

It has been announced that NBC will broadcast the Ohio State Buckeyes vs Minnesota game next weekend, October 4th. The game will kick off at 7:30 pm ET, meaning that it is likely the only home night game that the Buckeyes will get during the Big Ten portion of the schedule.

It's unfortunate that the Buckeyes will likely take on the Nittany Lions at noon, but this game against the Golden Gophers will still have a good atmosphere. Fans always get up for a night game, especially if it's a Big Ten opponent. Minnesota isn't a bad team, either.

Still, fans would much rather face Minnesota at home at noon instead of Penn State. FOX continues to anger fans with their Big Noon Kickoff slot that seemingly always showcases Ohio State in that time slot. Now, fans will have to plan accordingly for next week.
