The Ohio State Buckeyes are riding high after dominating Iowa last weekend. They really put their foot on the gas in the second half, leading to a 31-14 blowout. Jeremiah Smith had an all-time game, and the Buckeyes proved that they can play well in the fourth quarter of a game against a good team.

This weekend, the Buckeyes are taking on Maryland in a game that could see Mike Locksley end up getting fired afterwards. After the big win against the Hawkeyes, Ohio State comes in as big favorites against the Terrapins. We have you covered on how to watch the game.

How to watch the Ohio State Buckeyes take on Maryland

The easiest way to watch this game is to tune into Big Ten Network at 4:15 pm. It's an odd kick time, and it's the first time they have had that time this year. This game can also be found on the FOX Sports App, FOX One, and it can be streamed live on Fubo TV.

With it being a Big Ten Network game, the Buckeyes are saved from having Gus Johnson act as if he cares in a game that will likely be a blowout. He has done that in the last two Big Noon games against both Kent State and Illinois, and it has been disappointing to see.

Ohio State is projected to crush the Terps. According to DraftKings, the Buckeyes are 34.5-point favorites. That's a massive spread for a game this late in the season. The total is set for 56.5 points, as well. Those in Vegas clearly don't expect much of a contest on Saturday afternoon.

With this being homecoming, Ohio State should want to beat the team that comes in. Maryland is coming off two blowout losses in back-to-back Big Ten games. It would be shocking to see them put up any sort of fight in this one.

Ohio State vs. Maryland early prediction

Even though Ohio State still has some things to work on, Maryland simply doesn't have the talent to keep up with them. Jeremiah Smith has taken a stranglehold on the odds to win the Heisman Trophy. He is clearly the best player in the country, and he has shown that in the last two games.

Julian Sayin has been the one throwing him the ball, and he has had some perfect placement on his passes. He is one of the best quarterbacks in the country. It wouldn't be shocking to see him put up another performance of over 300 yards, even though it would be shocking to see him play the entire game.

Ohio State should get their backups in in the second half of this game. Whether or not that means we see Legend Bey remains to be seen, but he seems to be in good spirits. He was seen celebrating with his teammates, happy as can be after the Iowa win.

In any case, give me the Buckeyes 49-10. It's a game that fans shouldn't have to worry about being in any stressful situation.
