The Ohio State football team came into the College Football Playoff with more motivation than any other team in the bracket. After the loss to Michigan, the fans turned against the team. Since then, they have gone on one of the best runs in Ohio State Buckeyes history.

Will Howard has been the architect of the offense that has scored no fewer than 21 points in every game in the CFP. (The defense scored seven against Texas) Yet, Howard can't seem to get any credit. We all saw takes from some pundits who said Howard was the worst quarterback in the CFP.

All Howard has done is prove the haters wrong. He has shown that not only is he not the worst, but he has been the best throughout this run. Howard is one of two quarterbacks left. When asked about his message to the haters, Howard certainly had something to say.

Howard was asked by 10TV in Columbus what his message for the haters is. He gave an enlightening response.

Howard wants the hate to keep coming. He has been using it for fuel throughout this entire CFP run. the Buckeyes have been the hottest team in college football. They are a big favorite over Notre Dame because of how well they have been playing, Howard included.

The entire Ohio State football program has been using the haters to fuel them as they have been marching their way to Atlanta. They have gotten some outside motivation from Notre Dame, as well. We have been able to see how mad they have played, especially on defense.

Howard knows this team plays best when they play angry. We've seen that. That anger is going to continue to be a big part of their emotional identity.
