The Ohio State football team has had a lot of programs trying to poach their players since winning the national championship. They've already had two coaches leave this offseason. Jim Knowles left for Penn State, while Justin Frye left to take a job in the NFL.

Several players have been offered NIL deals from other programs, which is tampering. Jeremiah Smith has been the most prominent player who has been offered deals by other programs. Those other programs haven't been named, but Miami is strongly rumored to be one of them.

Miami fans have been trying to convince him to come to Miami since he was in high school. He chose to sign with the Buckeyes instead, but that hasn't stopped the Hurricanes' pursuit of him. Now, he has shut them down once again, this time using social media to do that.

Smith made sure to let everyone know, once again, that he isn't going anywhere.

Miami isn't the only program that tried to get him. There were some rumors that Michigan was trying to make a run at him, and he shut those down, too. Smith has made it abundantly clear that he won't be leaving the Ohio State football program.

Smith still has to stay in college for at least two more years. It seems that as long as Brian Hartline is with the Buckeyes, he will be in Columbus. Hartline is the best position coach in the country, so Smith doesn't want to play for anyone else. As long as he's in Columbus, Smith will be too.

NIL money isn't going to be enough for him to transfer schools. He knows that there is more money waiting for him in the NFL. The best way for him too succeed in the NFL is to be developed by the best wide receivers coach in the country, and that's Hartline.

Smith will be terrorizing opposing defenses in the Big Ten next season. There's not a corner who can cover one-on-one, and he showed that during the run to the national title.
