Jeremiah Smith had a post on social media that seems to indicate that he's not leaving the Ohio State football program.

The Ohio State football team is having to fight other programs tampering with their players. After winning the national championship, it's the biggest issue they will face moving forward. They hardly get any time to enjoy the victory before having to create a plan for the future.

Reports came out that Jeremiah Smith had been approached by a team offering him over $4.5 million in NIL money. Another program offering him that amount is definitely tampering and has some Buckeyes worried that he might leave for a massive payday.

It's interesting that Smith has been approached by another school willing to pay him that large amount if money. While someone may want to take him away from the Ohio State Buckeyes, it doesn't look like Smith is ready to do that if a recent post on social media indicates anything.

Smith reposted something on social media that indicates he will likely be returning to Columbus next season for his sophomore year.

This would indicate that Smith is locked in with the Buckeyes. Of course, Ohio State football fans have been fooled by social media posts before. Most recently, cornerback recruit Na'eem Offord kept saying how locked in he was with the Buckeyes. He ended up signing with Oregon and watched the Buckeyes beat the Ducks in the Rose Bowl.

Smith is the best player that Ohio State has on their roster. They will do anything it takes to keep him. With how elite of a player he is, they really have no other choice. Smith seems to love everything about the Ohio State football program as well.

This is good news for Ohio State. This is one less thing they have to worry about. Now, they have to worry about other players on their roster who are getting tampered with.
