The Ohio State football program hosted its annual Pro Day on Wednesday. It is the perfect time for upcoming draft prospects to increase their draft stock in front of a ton of NFL scouts and personnel. Over 141 NFL personnel people were in attendance for this one in Columbus.

Most of the Ohio State Buckeyes who are entering the draft were doing workouts. Most of these guys also participated in the NFL Combine, so scouts have seen them do a lot of this work already. Still, a better workout at the Woody could mean a better draft spot, and that means more money.

Every player was running the 40-yard dash for scouts. It's a chance to show scouts that they are faster than they looked in Indy. Unfortunately for one Buckeye, he went down with an injury during his sprint and needed to be helped off the field after going down.

Ohio State football player Tyliek Williams goes down with an injury

Defensive tackle Tyliek Williams went down with an injury during his 40-yard dash. Unfortunately, it looked pretty serious. As soon as he went down, he reached for his hamstring and needed help to get off the field. He hardly put any weight on his leg after that.

While the injury didn't look good, there has been some good news that has come out after this. He was able to walk to the locker room under his own power. He them reemerged from the locker room and gave a double thumbs-up to his family, so he seems to be okay.

Williams is one of the guys who could be a second-round pick. He is someone who always seems to be in the right spot at the right time. There are some NFL teams that really like his skill set. It wouldn't be completely shocking to see him go at the end of the first round, either.

It's good news that this injury doesn't seem to be something that is too serious. Hopefully, he will be fine, and this is something that won't affect his draft stock moving forward into next month.
