Where are all the Ohio State haters now? From the start of the College Football Playoff, so many doubters have claimed Ohio State wasn't going to be able to make any noise. Just ask the Tennessee Vols and Oregon Ducks about that.

The Buckeyes have barely broken a sweat in the first two games of the postseason, with people fired up over handing the Ducks their embarrassing loss. This victory for Ohio State is extra special too, as the Buckeyes haven't forgotten about touted prospects who have bailed on Ohio State to sign with Oregon.

The list includes 5-star cornerback Na'eem Offord, the No. 10 player nationally according to the 247Sports Composite. It looks like this is something Ohio State associate head coach and cornerbacks coach Tim Walton has on his mind, as he appears to have called out Offord and others on social media for passing on OSU to sign with Oregon instead.

Ohio State fans are letting Na'eem Offord have it after the Buckeyes destroyed Oregon

Ohio State fans are convinced Walton is sending a message to Offord here and we agree with them. Offord, one of the top players in the nation for the 2025 class, was a long-time commit to the Buckeyes, but then he turned his back on Ohio State ahead of the Early Signing Period.

It was a major recruiting win for the Ducks, but Ohio State was able to get some sweet revenge in the Rose Bowl. This one wasn't close, with the Buckeyes laying the smackdown on their Big Ten rivals. Oregon beat Ohio State earlier in the year in Eugene, making this victory for Ryan Day and his players even sweeter.

Now that Oregon is in the Big Ten, these two teams are going to have a pretty big rivalry moving forward. The Ducks might have felt good about stealing Offord away, but in return Ohio State took their lunch money in Pasadena and the team is now focused on winning yet another National Championship.
