The Ohio State football team has perhaps the best player in all of college football at receiver. Jeremiah Smith does things on the field that no one else in the country can do. He's a great player that everyone on the Buckeyes loves. He's one of the reasons why they have a great chance to repeat as national champs.

Everyone knows how good Smith is, but not many people outside of Columbus know how good Julian Sayin is going to be. Sayin is a former five-star recruit, so he clearly has a lot of talent. Smith knows how good Sayin is because he sees him every day in practice.

Now, Smith wants everyone else to know just how good Sayin is because he is the presumptive starter this season. His comments on Sayin should certainly fire up fans of the Ohio State Buckeyes, because it looks like Sayin could be a star.

In an article in The Athletic, Smith made sure to let everyone know just how good Sayin is going to be.

"That arm is different. He can make any and every throw. Just a smart quarterback. Like me, he’s a little quiet. He’s starting to come out of his shell. He’s definitely going to be a guy. It’s going to be scary for opponents."

Based on that comment, it seems like the Buckeyes believe that Sayin will be the starting quarterback this Fall. While fans of the Buckeyes have thought this for a while, it seems that Smith is confirming that fact. He should be the starting quarterback over Lincoln Kienholz.

If what Smith says is true, then the Buckeyes will be even scarier to play against. The offense already has the best group of receivers in the country. If Sayin is as good as Smith says he is, then there could be a chance that he is a Heisman Finalist.

Ohio State will find out very quickly how good Sayin is when they take on Texas in the first game of the season.
