For the second time in three weeks, the Ohio State football team will be playing in a top-five matchup. The first time this happened, the Buckeyes lost to Oregon in heartbreaking fashion. This week, they take on the Penn State Nittany Lions in a game that will have major ramifications.

Neither team comes in playing their best football. Penn State had to wait until the fourth quarter to take care of Wisconsin 28-13. The Ohio State Buckeyes looked even worse, surviving a scare from Nebraska 21-17. Considering the Buckeyes were coming off a bye week, it was a disturbing performance.
