The Ohio State football team has dominated the College Football Playoff so far. They are just a game away from making the National Championship Game. After a 41-21 roasting of the Oregon Ducks, the Buckeyes now get to take on Texas in the Cotton Bowl, which is played in Dallas.
Texas comes in this game after having survived Arizona State in double overtime. The Longhorns are rewarded with a de facto home game against the hottest team in America. The winner will take on the winner of Notre Dame/Penn State in Atlanta on January 20th.
With this being a CFP semifinal, there are plenty of different ways to watch this game. As has been the case for all of the College Football Playoff games, ESPN makes it fairly easy for you to consume all of the action in whatever way you choose to do so.
How to watch Ohio State football vs. Texas
The easiest way is to tune into ESPN at 7:30 pm ET on Friday. That will have the main broadcast with Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit again. Herbie wasn't as bad during the Rose Bowl as he was in the first round against Tennessee, but the Buckeyes do play another SEC team.
If you don't want to listen to Herbstreit, you have an option to listen to Pat McAfee instead on ESPN 2. He will be on the field with AJ Hawk, as he has for the past few Ohio State playoff games. You can also watch a SkyCast broadcast on ESPNEWS and a Command Center broadcast on ESPNU. The game can also be streamed live on Fubo TV.
As you can see, there are plenty of ways to watch the Ohio State Buckeyes play this game. They have to come out with the same fire as they have done against both the Vols and the Ducks.
