On a day that should be centered around legendary college football great Lee Corso, one Michigan fan is trying as hard as he can to mess it all up. Fox really made a bad move when hiring Barstool President Dave Portnoy to help host FOX Big Noon Kickoff, and it is really starting to show.
With the Ohio State and Texas game being the biggest matchup this season, Fox couldn't pass up the opportunity to head to Columbus, but of course, with Portnoy in tow. After all the drama of this past week about Ohio State supposedly banning Portnoy from the Horseshoe, he is making a fool of himself yet again in his introduction at Big Noon Kickoff.
Of course, Ohio State fans welcomed Portnoy to the set by booing him, and the Michigan fan took the microphone and started trying to tear down Ohio State, talking about the Team Up North beating the Buckeyes. Really, he was just embarrassing both himself and Fox because while the loss to Michigan is not something Ohio State ever wants, it helped lead to a National Championship for the Buckeyes.

Michigan fans can keep talking a big game, Portnoy included, but let's face it, Ohio State is the team in the spotlight right now, while Michigan is just trying to keep up, and they are going to struggle with that based on the punishment they received from the NCAA.
So Portnoy can keep talking all his big talk on Big Noon Kickoff, but it should be seen that he wasn't even allowed to wear Michigan gear today; he had to wear a Big Ten sweatshirt, interesting. Ohio State fans aren't even going to give Portnoy the time of day. Today is about the matchup against the Texas Longhorns and Lee Corso.
This is just a reminder that Fox made a decision in hiring Portnoy, and when Ohio State wins another championship while Michigan is sitting at home, maybe he will start to realize who the real dogs are.
