The Ohio State football team destroyed Oregon in the Rose Bowl a year ago, scoring the first 30+ points of the game. It was the closest they came to playing a perfect half of football. Of course, the Ohio State Buckeyes would go on to win the national championship.

Former Oregon player Tez Johnson all but guaranteed revenge if the two programs face again. The Buccaneers receiver is still salty about losing to the Buckeyes in the CFP, and even made the decision to call out Jeremiah Smith by name. Smith murdered the Ducks last year, having 187 yards and two touchdowns on seven catches.

Johnson's new teammate on the Buccaneers has responded to his talk. Emeka Egbuka was Tampa Bay's first-round pick this year. He also caught a long touchdown pass in that game and has a response to what Johnson claims will happen if these two programs play again.

Egbuka made sure everyone knew how much that loss still sticks with Johnson.

Egbuka loves rubbing it in that the Buckeyes crushed the Ducks. These two teammates will likely have a bet going on if they end up playing each other in the Big Ten Championship. Egbuka should feel great about the prospects of winning any bet that would take place.

Johnson wasn't able to get anything going against the Ohio State defense last season. The defense might be slightly worse this season, but they are still good enough to take down the Ducks. Oregon needs to worry about beating the teams on its schedule first.

Ohio State's toughest two games are both at home, taking on Texas and Penn State. Both of those teams are likely going to be top-three teams in the preseason poll. The Buckeyes still have to beat Michigan at the end of the year, though. Egbuka and Johnson are only worried about a potential rematch between the Bucks and the Ducks while hanging out in training camp.
