As the Ohio State football team tries to close the 2026 recruiting class with an impressive finish. The Buckeyes still have plenty of recruits left on their board, including a couple of five-star recruits. One who has already committed is five-star safety Blaine Bradford, and he has been an Ohio State lean for a while now.

Bradford is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. LSU has been trying as hard as it can to make a late push for him in recent weeks. Bradford has been committed to the Buckeyes since late March. He continues to stay strong, although other schools are promising him some pretty high NIL deals.

The Buckeyes are familiar with this. They have had to deal with schools dropping bags to flip their recruits for a couple of years now. Bradford doesn't seem to be one of those kids, though, based on a recent social media post that seems to show his loyalty to the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Take a look at the social media post below as Bradford shuts down any rumored interest that he has in flipping to LSU.

For those of you who don't know what that means, he essentially reaffirmed his commitment to the Buckeyes. Of course, he hasn't signed anything with them yet, so that doesn't mean anything at this stage. Na'eem Offord did the same things last year before flipping on Signing Day.

Bradford is one of the best recruits that the Buckeyes have in this 2026 class. Keeping him is a top priority for Ohio State as they try to close this class with some positive momentum. Bradford is the total package and someone that Ohio State thinks can play similarly to Caleb Downs.

Ohio State shouldn't worry right now about Bradford. They should worry more about recruiting more defensive ends before Signing Day arrives.
