Of the two great Ohio State running backs, Quinshon Judkins was not expected to be drafted first. That's what happened after he was the 36th overall pick by the Cleveland Browns. The Ohio State football player will be staying in the state of Ohio and could be the replacement for Nick Chubb.

Chubb has struggled with injuries in recent years, including a devastating knee injury. He is also getting old and wasn't re-signed, so the Browns are looking for someone who has the same bruising style and speed that he does. Judkins can do that for the Browns for years to come.

What made Judkins so special with the Ohio State Buckeyes is his power. He was able to run the ball with such power that he was not brought down with arm tackles. He is also faster than people think, too. That's why he was taken just ahead of TreVeyon Henderson.

Ohio State football player Quinshon Judkins will be a key player for the Browns

Judkins has now become perhaps the best running back that the Browns have. His versatility as a receiver is what makes him so valuable to the Browns, too. His pass protection is very good, too. That's something that all Ohio State running backs are able to do.

Judkins becomes a valuable member of Cleveland. The best thing for him is that he doesn't have to move states. He can just drive up 71 North and stay in the state that made him a legend. He's also proven that he can take a bunch of carries, just as he did at Ole Miss.

The Browns needed someone to take the carries with Chubb no longer in Cleveland. It wouldn't be shocking to see Judkins get the most carries on the team by the end of the year. That's how good of a running back he is.
