FOX has to get this guy off the air.

When it was announced that FOX was going to start having some Barstool personalities on their Big Noon Kickoff Show, it was clearly in response to ESPN putting Pat McAfee on College GameDay. Putting Dave Portnoy on a channel that shows a ton of Ohio State football games is not a great idea.

Portnoy is the biggest Michigan clown that there is, as far as fans are concerned. He's arrogant, cocky, and contradictory. There's not really a worse combination for a fan than there can be, especially one that's a fan of TTUN. On Saturday morning, he was at it again.

Perhaps Portnoy is still angry about the fact that the Ohio State Buckeyes didn't let him into the stadium during the opening weekend of the season against Texas, but Portnoy picked against the Buckeyes today on Big Noon. He did so, citing the dumbest narrative possible.

Dave Portnoy claims Ohio State coach Ryan Day can't win big games

While picking the Huskies to beat the Buckeyes, Portnoy claims that Ryan Day can't win big games, despite the fact that he won the national championship last season.

"I am an Ohio State expert. You get them in deep water, and nobody panics and pees down their leg faster than Ryan Day and Ohio State. Anytime they are in trouble, they fold. We've seen it versus Michigan. I think Washington, you keep that third, fourth quarter (close), you'll see the true Ohio State team come out when they can't be the bully."

This is a ridiculous narrative, especially after the Buckeyes just dominated the College Football Playoff last season. They crushed Tennessee, Oregon, Texas, and Notre Dame en route to winning it all. They were the bully, and they are the bully in most games they play.

Having Portnoy of FOX doesn't add anything to their college football coverage. At least Big Cat watches the games and can add something to the table. Portnoy just spouts nonsense without any facts or data behind what he says, which has been true for some time now.

The Buckeyes would love to crush the Huskies to throw this back in his face. Ohio State should keep its undefeated season going by taking down Washington, although it won't be easy for them to do it. Washington is certainly a good team, but this Ohio State football team might be as elite as they were a year ago.
