The Ohio State football team has the best receiver group in the country. They have had that room be the best in the nation since Brian Hartline was hired. He totally transformed that group around from a group that was average into a group that can change outcomes of games.

Last season, the Ohio State Buckeyes brought in two five-star recruits at the receiver position. Jeremiah Smith was obviously the one who got the most attention because of what he did on the field as a true freshman. He's a true freak that only comes along once in a generation.

The other five-star receiver who was in that recruiting class is Mylan Graham. Graham was a five-star kid out of Indiana who didn't play much last season. This season, he is hoping to see the field and make an impact. One teammate on the other side of the ball thinks he can do just that.

Ohio State football player Mylan Graham gets some praise from a teammate

Graham got some praise from a teammate who has been going against him in practice a lot. Cornerback Jermaine Mathews Jr. likes what he has seen from the second-year receiver in his first Spring practice.

Mathews Jr. is going to be the starting corner opposite of Davison Igbinosun, so that's high praise coming from him. Graham has clearly made an impression on him, which is good news for the Buckeyes as they gear up for the Spring Game this weekend.

The top three receivers on the team are already locked in. Smith, Carnell Tatte, and Brandon Innisss will be the guys who see the field the most. The depth chart is open behind those three receivers. Graham knows that, and he is trying to take ahold of that fourth receiver spot.

Graham is going to have to hold off true freshman Quincy Porter, who has already made quite the impression. Graham has a lot of raw talent and is finally feeling comfortable in Ohio State's offense after arriving last summer. The Buckeyes are going to love what they see from him in the next couple of years.
