ESPN College Gameday will officially never be the same as the legendary Lee Corso has finished his final show and did it in show-stopping fashion. After the most tearjerking video, remember all that Corso has done for the show and this sport, the College Gameday desk was moved onto the field in the Horseshoe, and he began to make his pick.
To the surprise of absolutely no one, Corso chose his first love, Brutus, for his final pick, making not just Ohio State fans shed a tear, but college football fans everywhere, as he waved farewell for the final time.
"Give me my first love!"

Lee Corso's first-ever headgear pick belonged to Brutus and the Buckeyes and it's only fitting that his last one is the same ❤️ pic.twitter.com/A8Fgj8b3TR
Fan took to social media to share their love and thanks to Coach Corso and some of them just might bring you to tears...again.

Not having Lee Corso putting on a helmet every Saturday morning is going to be a change. What an incredible career. We love you LC! https://t.co/WkbEd9QLWy
Saturday morning will never be the same for anyone who wakes up every Saturday morning and runs to the couch to watch College Gameday. Lee Corso made it more than just a sports show, but a production for all sports fans.

Lee Corso’s first and last headgear pick ever were the same 🥹

It was only fitting for Corso to end it all with the same headgear pick that started it all. When it was announced that Gameday would be at Texas vs. Ohio State for Corso's final game, everyone knew he was going to pick Brutus to finish off his career.
Coach Lee Corso❤️ starts with Brutus ends with Brutus. Go Bucks Baby🏆 https://t.co/uyZtqzGcZS

Go Bucks Baby!
Lee Corso. Pure class.

That's it. That's the Tweet.
That is all that is needed. Corso is the definition of class; he worked through more than some would to do what he loved and was there for everyone, no matter what. Lee Corso is the embodiment of being a sportscaster and college football, and no one will ever be able to replace that.
