2. Elijah Brown

The next quarterback who could replace Raiola in Ohio State’s 2024 class is Elijah Brown. Brown is a four-star quarterback from Santa Ana, California. He is listed as the sixth-best quarterback in the country and is a top-60 overall recruiting prospect as well.

Brown stands at 6’2 180 pounds and can really throw the deep ball well. He’s more of a C.J. Stroud type in the fact that he doesn’t run the ball much. He stands in the pocket and tries to make plays from there, which is something Day has gotten accustomed to coaching.

While Brown doesn’t have an offer yet from the Buckeyes, that very well could change. With Raiola no longer a part of the program’s future, Ohio State very well could make their way his way and offer him. He’s a good prospect with a lot of room to grow.

Brown has also played a lot of football already. He’s started every game that he’s played. That gives him a leg up on some of the other quarterbacks in this class. Not only that, but he plays at a powerhouse high school in Mater Dai. They play some of the best competition in California.

I think Brown would be a great addition to the 2024 class if the Buckeyes were able to get him to commit. I think he’s a guy that can get even better when he’s coached by someone like Day. His proven track record of developing quarterbacks should be very attractive to a guy like Brown.

The final quarterback on this list also doesn’t have an offer from Ohio State yet.
