Ryan Day has done a masterful job in taking over for a future Hall of Fame coach. Not many people could have gone through that transition and made fans and players happy by elevating the level of recruiting and play on the field. However, at some point Day is going to lose a Big Ten game. That may not be this year, but there is one game that Ohio State should be concerned about over all the rest.

Indiana is a team that seems to always give the Buckeyes fits. Never viewed as having the same talent, the Hoosiers tend to play their best game of the season when they face Ohio State. The Buckeyes will be coming off a bye week, which gives them extra time to prepare, but this game could be a clash between two un-beatens.

Indiana has a winnable schedule leading up to facing the Buckeyes. Depending on where Penn State is this year when Ohio State welcomes Indiana, the Big Ten East division crown could be on the line. With Indiana currently ranked #12 there is also a possibility this will be a game between two top ten teams (likely the second such billing for the Buckeyes on the season). This game has all the preseason billing to be huge.

This is a game that the Buckeyes almost let slip last season after holding a big lead at home. They will likely make sure that same thing doesn’t happen again by staying focused throughout the whole contest. I’d be surprised if there was a loss here.
