A five-star athlete who the Ohio State football team is targeting could be making his college choice tomorrow at noon.

The Ohio State football program has put a lot of effort into recruiting this month. Everyone has been full systems go when it comes to all recruiting efforts. It seems like those efforts are about to bear fruit here at the end of the month and the beginning of July.

That could start with five-star athlete Treyaun Webb. Webb is from Jacksonville and stands at 6-feet and 188 pounds. He has offers from all of the big boy programs, including Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, USC, Florida, Michigan, and Notre Dame.

Webb is someone who can be utilized in a few different ways. He is very fast so he could be utilized at both running back and wide receiver. He got carries as an eighth-grader for his high school team and ran for 306 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Webb did recently visit Ohio State and seemed to like what he saw. It looks like he could be making his college commitment tomorrow at noon. He is in the class of 2023, so he has time to change his commitment. It will be interesting to see if he picks the Buckeyes.

No one seems to have an idea of where this kid is going to go. No one has any crystal ball predictions. That means that he has kept his commitment very close to the vest. He didn’t even say he was making a commitment, but he is making an announcement via his Twitter page.

It will be interesting to see what his announcement is. I would be shocked if he actually made a commitment. My guess is that he will drop a top five or top three. If he does drop a commitment, I’m really hoping it’s for the Buckeyes.
