Up next on the list is Michael Thomas. Thomas has established himself as one of if not the best receiver in the entire NFL.

Along with this, he has a sure-fire Hall of Famer Drew Brees as his quarterback and one of the best backups in the league in Jameis Winston. There should be no trouble for Thomas in who is throwing him the ball.

With Deandre Hopkins finding himself in a new situation with the Arizona Cardinals, it appears that it will be a one on one competition between Thomas and Julio Jones for the top receiver in the league this season.

Looking at his social media activity and the hate that he has been receiving on social media, Thomas is more motivated than ever to set the league ablaze once again.

Last year, Thomas had mind-boggling stats of 149 receptions for 1725 yards and 9 touchdowns. He had a catch percentage of 80.5% and only 6 drops on the year for a drop percentage of 3.2%.

Last season, he broke the NFL record for the most single-season receptions in NFL history. In a PPR league, this made him by far the best receiver to have last year.

Matthew Berry has Thomas ranked as the 8th overall player this year, and ESPN has him as the consensus first receiver.

If you are focused on wide receivers leading your team then Thomas should be your first pick no matter where you select. He will likely be a mid to late first-round pick depending on the size of your league. However, if by some miracle Thomas falls to you in the second round you should do anything in your power to draft him.

With Thomas, you will be getting in terms of fantasy football the best receiver in the league.
