No. 3: Parris Johnson Jr. will be a No.1 overall NFL draft pick

Parris Johnson Jr. comes to Ohio State with high expectations. Being compared to the likes of Orlando Pace, Johnson has a real shot to start at right tackle for the Buckeyes his true freshman season.

And if he is good enough to start at a tackle spot this early on into his playing career than I fully can see him developing into a generational talent on the offensive line.

By every indication Johnson is viewed as a hard worker and he seems to be extremely motivated to be the best. The No. 8 overall prospect in the entire 2020 recruiting class, Johnson impressed the 247Sports evaluators:

"Nimble-footed at the point of attack, has the flexibility and body control along with the explosiveness and strength coveted at the position. Athletically there isn’t a block he can’t make in today’s fast-paced game. Can get out and run, gets a hat and clears out second-level defenders. Can pave out massive running lanes himself and shows toughness and some nastiness on film."

Next. Buckeyes dominate Big Ten recruiting again. dark

With already having very good footwork and technique, Parris Johnson can be a fast riser when it comes to being an elite talent at the college football level.  And if he dominates the competition as expected, come the 2022 or 2023 NFL Draft, Parris Johnson Jr. has a real chance at becoming the No. 1 overall selection.
