No 4:  November 26, 2016- Michigan 27, Ohio State 30 2/OT

By far one of the most thrilling games we have seen this past decade. The No.3 and No.2 teams in the country duked it out in Columbus.  The game that took years off Urban Meyer’s life, JT Barrett would not let them lose.

Down 17-14 in the fourth quarter, Barrett led a 13 play, 77 yard drive that ate up five minutes and 36 seconds of the clock to set up a Tyler Durbin 23 yard field goal with one second left sending the game into overtime.

That overtime period is what Buckeye fans will remember the most about this game. JT Barrett’s fourth down and one run that still gives Jim Harbaugh nightmares. Barrett converted, Michigan didn’t think so and the rest was history.

Curtis Samuel’s 15 yard sweeping touchdown run ended the game and Jim Harbaugh’s only real chance at beating Ohio State. As Urban Meyer fell to the ground in a moment of both relief and happiness, the former Buckeye boss had this to say, via M Live:

"“That was the most intense game I’ve ever (coached),” Meyer said. “Every inch, every second, every foot — it mattered. And we were playing against a very good team."

JT Barret was the story of the day in this game. A gritty performance, Barret ran for 125 yards on 30 carries and a touchdown. The defense also had a great game as Malik Hooker had an 16 yard interception return for a touchdown.
