Ohio State got great news this week in getting a rested Chase Young back next week for the rest of the season beginning with Penn State. But before the showdown in The Shoe, Ohio State must take on Rutgers.

The point spread in this game is astronomical, yet I still expect Ohio State to cover comfortably. The Buckeyes lashed Maryland for 73 points with the starters only playing the first half which ended 42-0. This game will feature more of the same, but the score will be worse.

However, we may not see the starters as long because the goal is to win and stay healthy. Justin Fields will have his way through the air, but I like Ohio State to run the ball very effectively all day. The ground game will be the focal point of the offense with a cluster of backs in JK Dobbins, Master Teague and Demario McCall.

The Scarlet Knights have been shut out multiple times this season and the Buckeyes will add another game to that list. It’s a major talent mismatch and the Buckeyes will roll.
