Texas was my original pick to win the Big 12 in 2019 until Oklahoma landed Alabama transfer QB Jalen Hurts. The offense will regress slightly but still be among the best in the country.

The Sooners will also play their biggest games at home this year and has the Texas Longhorns on a neutral site as usual. I like Lincoln Riley’s squad to follow last year’s blueprint and get back to the College Football Playoff.
