4) Terrelle Pryor:

Pryor is without a doubt a top five quarterback for many reasons.  First of all was his running game.

During his three seasons at Ohio State, Pryor rushed for 2,188 yards and scored 19 touchdowns. He also has the fourth-best passer rating in Ohio State with 144.6 and is fourth in career passing yards with 6,177.

Pryor is tied with Bobby Hoying with 57 touchdowns to his credit. He also was named MVP of the 2010 Rose bowl over Oregon and the 2011 Sugar Bowl against the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Pryor was drafted in the third round of the Supplemental NFL draft by the Oakland Raiders. He also saw action with the Seattle Seahawks, Kansas City Chiefs and the Cincinnati Bengals at quarterback.

Pryor, would then move to wide receiver in 2015 and would play for the Cleveland Browns, Washington Redskins, New York Jets and now plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

3)  Dwayne Haskins:

Some may say Haskins shouldn’t be on the list since he only started one season for Ohio State. But that season was special.

And when J.T. Barrett got hurt during the Michigan game in 2017, Haskins took his place and scored an important touchdown putting the Buckeyes up in the third 21-20.  Haskins would also  drive the team down the field again leading to an Ohio State field goal. During his third possession, he would find KJ Hill for a touchdown putting the game away when needed.

Haskins then would have a career season in 2018.  He would break Ohio State’s single season completion percentage with .700 and the single game passing record with 499 yards in the Big 10 Championship game against Northwestern.

He would also set marks for the most Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week awards, Big  Ten single season passing yardage and Big Ten single season passing touchdowns.  Haskins threw for 4,831 yards and scoring 50 touchdowns in 2018 and finished his career with 5,396 yards and 54 touchdowns.

He deserves to be in the top five. Haskins is now looking to become the Washington Redskins next franchise quarterback and take over the NFC East.
