Ohio State Football: 6 teams Buckeyes could face in the CFP
By Ian O’Brien
1) Alabama Crimson Tide
Hopefully this did not come to a surprise to all. For the last decade Alabama has been the most dominant team in college football.
Unless Nick Saban retires, that streak will probably continue. That being said, even if the Crimson Tide is number one they might have to play the Buckeyes just like in the 2014-2015 season.

There is no Ezekiel Elliott this time, so look for Ohio State to use Justin Fields and J.K. Dobbins, along with receivers like Binjimen Victor in big plays if these two play each other. The Ohio State defense would have to stop a powerful Alabama offense led by quarterback Tua Tagovailoa who threw for 3,966 yards in 2018 and 43 touchdowns last season.
If this game does become a reality, look for it to be another high scoring game, even more than the 2014-2015 Sugar Bowl.
These are six teams the Buckeyes could possibly play if they make the Final Four. Not saying they will make the CFP, but they have a chance to and are favorites. Guess we will have to wait and see what happens.
Do you guys think Ohio State will make the College Football Playoffs this upcoming season, or will they fall short again? Let me know what you think and who is your top picks and who you would like to see the Buckeyes play.
