10. Georgia

Rank Last Week: 10

Week 9 Result: Bye

Upcoming Week: At home vs Florida

It’s a big week in college football for the SEC East conversation as the two of the top dogs in that division face off this week in Georgia.

Georgia will be looking to utilize their 14th best scoring offense as they try to beat the team who handed LSU their only loss of the season. It won’t be easy by any measure, but it will be fun to watch and I think that it is basically the SEC East Championship game, winner getting the tall task of playing Alabama more than likely.

It will be an interesting week for the Georgia Bulldogs.

9. Oklahoma

Rank Last Week: Not Ranked

Week 9 Result: Win @ TCU 52-27

Upcoming Week: Home vs Kansas State

Oklahoma avenged their first loss of the season to Texas by putting the beat down on a different Texas team winning 52-27 at TCU. Kyler Murray had yet another fantastic week for the Sooners going 19-24 with 213 yards passing and 4 touchdowns.

The Sooners out gained the Horned Frogs in total yards by 261 yards. The game was actually pretty close going into halftime as the Sooners only held a 4 point lead over TCU, but thanks to a great second half by Kyler Murray and company the Sooners were able to pull away.

Oklahoma travels back home in week 10 to take on a 3-4 Kansas State team in what should be an easy game for the Sooners.
