4th quarter:

Offense:

More from Ohio State Football

The offense would redeem itself in the fourth as Dwayne Haskins would throw his fifth touchdown pass of the game to Terry McLaurin, his second TD reception of the game.

Lightning would strike twice in the fourth quarter as the Buckeyes would finally begin to pull away after a spectacular throw and catch from both Haskins to Benjamin Victor. It amazes me how Victor was able to keep his feet in bounds but he did, and it gave the Buckeyes a sizeable lead.

Defense:

There wasn’t much to see in this quarter on the defensive side of things for the Buckeyes other than the fact that they finally stopped the Hoosiers from being able make huge gains. I talked about the offense finally pulling away to win the game but it was the defense that allowed them to do so.

Special Teams:

One thing that I think is interesting to talk about with the special teams is the fact that on kickoffs we kicked it into the end zone every single time. This is odd to me, but I like it better than kicking it short and hoping your coverage is good.

Other than that nothing to be seen here. As we have talked about before, that’s a good thing for the special teams.
