Ohio State had one of the best rushing attacks in the country this season, and I expect that to continue next year. Assuming that Mike Weber leaves for the NFL Draft that does weaken the rushing attack, but JK Dobbins will be able to get more touches next season. He should develop his game more his sophomore season, and become a better overall player.

After Dobbins, expect Dwayne Haskins to get some opportunities to run the ball, and in addition to him Antonio Williams will be able to get touches behind Dobbins. This year Williams rushed for 290 yards and 3 touchdowns on 57 attempts. He should take on a bigger role next season and be given the chance to succeed.

Incoming freshman Jaelen Gill could also fill a role for the Buckeyes if an injury occurs to one of the two backs, or if Urban Meyer deems him ready to consistently get touches. We should be able to learn more about the Ohio native when he enrolls at Ohio State and he is able to get a few practices under his belt.
