7. Lamar Jackson, Louisville: Another dynamic dual-threat passer, Jackson is more of a runner than a passer. He is one of the most impressive running quarterbacks in this draft and I do expect his statistics to reflect that.

Jackson will only be a sophomore so that means that mistakes will be made and he was dinged up a bit last year and may have injury issues going forward with his style of play. This means he has some risk factor. With that said when Jackson is on fire he can rack up the points.
