8. Baker Mayfield, Oklahoma: Mayfield is yet another dynamic Heisman candidate dual-threat weapon and he has an NFL caliber arm too. The reason he is so low on this list is due to the fact that the Sooner offense has a running game that doesn’t rely on Mayfield.
Oklahoma likes to run the ball with their running backs and that hurts Mayfield’s fantasy stock a tad bit. Every season, Mayfield has exceeded expectations and if he does again in 2016, then he will be a steal in this slot.
