Tight End: Jeff Heuerman (2011-14)
When you’re the starting tight end for a team that collectively when 38-3 during the time you started there, you’ve got to be pretty good. That’s just what Jeff Heuerman did as a three-year starter (2012-14).
Heureman was a second-team all-Big Ten selection and was honored as Ohio State’s co-offensive lineman of the year as a junior, and he was named a first-team All-American by ESPN.com, a second-team All-American by Walter Camp, Sports Illustrated and the Football Writers Association of America, and a third-team Associated Press All-American as a senior, despite being plagued with injuries.
